With 35+ years working in financial institutions, analyzing and providing financing for businesses, we can provide a level of experience with not only assessing your current situation, but providing valuable advice for future growth.
How do I know what my project will cost?
After your initial consultation, we provide you with a detailed engagement contract that details the estimated number of hours, items to be delivered, and a total cost estimate.
What if the project grows and costs exceed the initial contract?
In these instances, we negotiate a new contract or contract amendment. We strive to be proactive in recognizing if the project is going to exceed the original contract and allow you time to approve and execute the amendment.
Do you require a retainer?
For financing placement – no fee unless we obtain funding for your business.
For consultation engagements (not financing placement), we require a 50% retainer that is credited towards your total project cost – once the retainer is expended, we bill monthly at our contracted rate – payments by ACH, Wire or Electronic Transfer.
Can I get detail of all hours spent on my project?
Certainly, we provide monthly statements that detail all hours expended on your project so you can easily track your expenses.
How does billing work?
We bill at the end of each month, with terms of Net 10. Late fees accrue after the 15th day. Payments by ACH, Wire or Electronic Transfer.
